General Shipping Section

Shipping Costs:
The cost of shipping depends upon what items you purchase and the total weight of those items with packaging. The minimum shipping weight is 0.5 lb. US (0.2 kilos) however; most couriers place the total weight into a weight-range category. For example, a 1 lb. package may cost the same as a 4 lb. package because they both fall into the same weight range. Costs also vary depending on the shipping destination.

To estimate the shipping costs of your order please make use of our available online shipping estimator. You will find the estimator built-in to the store shopping cart. Start by simply adding a few items to your shopping cart then click on CHECKOUT to begin the checkout process. With the initial shopping cart displayed there should be an ESTIMATE SHIPPING button available which will open a new popup window in your browser. You will be asked to provide at least your Country, State/Province, and Postal Code. You will then be presented with multiple shipping carriers and methods along with the cost for each option. NOTE: You do not have to purchase the items in order to estimate the shipping costs. Stop the process right after you receive the desired shipping quote by emptying your shopping cart or by choosing the BACK TO SHOPPING button.

Shipping Address:
For buyer protection it is strongly urged that orders be shipped to the billing address shown on your credit card. If you choose an alternate delivery address this will require manual verification which may delay or possibly cancel the processing of your order.

We do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide complete street address only.

Additional Fees:
International customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs, customs brokerage fees, and duty/border fees charged by the destination country.

We reserve the right to send invoices with the correct shipping added. The shipping estimator is only an estimate and actual cost may occasionally need to be adjusted. In the unlikely event that this takes place, your invoice will reflect the corrected amount.

Shipping Time:
Depending on carrier method, please allow 2-15 business days to receive your order to allow for processing and delivery. International orders may take longer due to customs procedures and events. If you have not received your order within the stated time frame please contact us. Delays may occur for products on back order, or in limited availability.

Insurance:
Depending on your chosen carrier, shipments valued at $100 to $200 generally include free insurance. Any order over $200 will be additionally insured for the full value of the contents at our expense. We have no control over care of handling, but we do want to be sure that your merchandise is completely protected should something go wrong while in transit.

Shipment Damages:
When our carrier takes possession of a shipment, they electronically sign and acknowledge receiving product in good order. Upon receipt of your package, please inspect thoroughly for damage. NOTE: Please do not refuse deliveries due to damage. Instead contact us right away if you have damage. We can submit an insurance claim to recover losses. Any damage to box or item must be noted upon your receipt. Save the box and all packing material until instructed otherwise by us.

We realize that couriers will deliver without a signature. If damage is discovered after acceptance of delivery, the customer will need to contact CrappyTriggers.com immediately.

Required Signature:
Some delivery methods may require a signature release by courier. Customers are responsible for payment of customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.

Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided via email when your order ships. You can also view order status details online in the "My Account" section of our store. However, you must be registered for an online account with us to view tracking numbers and order history information. Please log in to our store site retrieve your tracking number. We will let you know by email and on our website after each item in your order ships. If you have ordered multiple items that require multiple packages, you may receive separate shipment notifications.

Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has limited tracking capabilities. We cannot guarantee that USPS tracking information will always be available. Please understand that this is beyond our control and that there may be some limitations and risk involved. If you are a customer requiring USPS service, you have been advised that tracking and transit times are not our responsibility.

General Return Section

Return Policy:
We offer a 30 day guarantee against manufacturer's defects. All products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, however issues sometimes occur that can not be visually determined in advance. In the event that an item fails due to a manufacturer's defect (to be determined by us upon inspection), it will be replaced free of charge.

We also offer a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from CrappyTriggers.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back within 30 days for exchange or refund minus any S&H fees. You are responsible for the shipping charges for sending items back to us. Those wishing to exchange for a different item will be charged or credited the difference in cost plus S&H and applicable sales tax for the replacement item.

How to Return Items:
All returns/replacements require a Return Authorization number (RA). To request an RA, please contact us.

Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the shipping box. Special Sale orders, discontinued products, and close-outs are not returnable.
